The Fine Print

Payment Terms

  1. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total fee to secure the date.

  2. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 days after receiving final footage files.

  3. Payments can be made via bank transfer or our website payment system.

  4. Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in the cancellation of the booking.


Cancellations

  1. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled shoot date will not be subject to additional fees.

  2. Cancellations within 14 days of the shoot will incur a 50% of final amount cancellation fee.

  3. If the cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions, rescheduling options will be provided at no additional charge.

  4. In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, refunds or rescheduling will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.



Insurance

  1. Focus Flight Ltd is fully insured with liability coverage up to £1,000,000.00

  2. Clients must ensure that they have the necessary permissions for filming at their desired locations.

  3. Any damage caused to third-party property during filming will be assessed, and responsibility will be determined in accordance with applicable laws.

  4. Clients requesting additional insurance coverage must do so in advance and may be subject to additional charges.



Terms and Conditions

  1. All flights and filming activities will be conducted in accordance with local aviation and drone operation laws.

  2. Clients must obtain necessary permits for filming where required.

  3. Focus Flight Ltd reserves the right to refuse service if a project is deemed unsafe or illegal.

  4. All video and photographic content remains the property of Focus Flight Ltd until full payment is received.

  5. Any modifications or special requests must be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the filming date.


Privacy & Copyright

  1. All footage and photographs taken remain the property of Focus Flight Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Clients may be granted a license to use the footage for specific purposes as outlined in their contract.

  3. Focus Flight Ltd reserves the right to use footage for promotional and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

  4. Personal data collected during bookings, including contact information and project details, will be securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent.

  5. Any copyright infringement, unauthorised use, or distribution of footage without proper licensing may result in legal action.
